Apply to joinGetting started
- Create a Onetel customer account or sign in.
- Complete the application and accept the Affiliate Programme Terms.
- After approval, open your dashboard and copy your default tracking link.
- Add the link to your content with a clear affiliate disclosure.
- Use the dashboard to monitor clicks, conversions, commission, and payout status.
How attribution works
A click on your referral link starts a 30-day tracking window. If that visitor creates a verified Onetel account during the window, the account can remain attributed to you for qualifying future orders.
Tracking can be affected when a visitor blocks or deletes cookies, switches browsers before signing in, or uses a different affiliate link or coupon. Cross-device continuity depends on the visitor signing in to the same account.
Tracking links and coupons
Deep links
Create links to relevant destination, regional, or product pages from the dashboard. Use campaign labels and sub1, sub2, and sub3 values to separate channels or placements.
Coupon codes
Approved affiliates can create up to three active coupon codes. An eligible coupon can attribute a sale even when there is no referral cookie. Do not advertise a discount that is expired, unavailable, or different from the checkout offer.
Clicks, conversions, and commission
The dashboard reports clicks, attributed conversions, order values, and commission status. The standard public rate is 5%; your dashboard is authoritative if you have an individual rate or qualify for a different tier.
Only genuine qualifying transactions earn commission. Self-referrals, duplicated or fraudulent activity, cancelled or refunded transactions, chargebacks, and transactions that breach the terms may be rejected, held, or reversed.
S2S postbacks and tracking pixels
Add a postback URL in the dashboard when you need server-to-server conversion reporting. Available macros include:
Use HTTPS and URL-encode any nested values. Test a new endpoint before relying on it for reconciliation; your Onetel dashboard remains the record used for commission and payouts.
Promote clearly and responsibly
Disclose your commercial relationship clearly and close to the affiliate link or endorsement. The disclosure should be understandable before a person clicks.
Do not use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, impersonation, unauthorized coupons, or paid search on Onetel branded terms without written approval. You are responsible for following advertising and disclosure rules in every market where your content appears.
Payouts
You can request a payout after your eligible balance reaches $50. Supported methods include PayPal, USDT, Bitcoin, and bank wire. Approved requests are normally processed within five business days, although compliance checks and payment-network delays can take longer.
Make sure the payout details in your dashboard are accurate. Blockchain transfers and payments sent to details you supplied may not be recoverable.
Troubleshooting
A click is not showing
Confirm that the link contains your affiliate code, is not being rewritten by another tool, and opens without a redirect error. Reporting may take a short time to update.
A sale is not showing
Check whether the buyer used the same browser or signed in to the attributed account, whether another affiliate link or coupon took precedence, and whether the order completed successfully.
