No, this eSIM covers Iran only. If you plan to visit a neighbouring country, you will need a separate eSIM for that destination. The network does not roam onto foreign operators under this plan.
You may struggle. Both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell use bands B1, B3, B7, and B8 for 4G. Without B1 or B3, your phone will likely fall back to 3G or lose LTE entirely, especially in areas where B7 and B8 coverage is weaker.
The eSIM will connect to either Hamrah-e Aval (MCI) or Irancell, depending on signal strength in your location. Both operators provide 4G on bands B1, B3, B7, and B8, and 5G on n78 where available.
5G is limited. Both operators support band n78, but coverage is not nationwide. Rural and desert areas have extensive gaps. In cities with 5G, you need a phone that supports n78 to access it.
