Does my iPhone support eSIM?

If it's an iPhone XS, XR, SE 2nd gen, or anything newer, yes. US iPhone 14 models and later went eSIM-only — there's no physical SIM tray at all. To confirm, open Settings → General → About and look at Available SIM cards.
